Return to it every day for 21 days. Each time you listen, something in your nervous system softens a little and opens more to receiving.

You'll start to notice it. Money appearing in your account when you least expect it, saying yes to an hour in the garden with your coffee and feeling nothing but relaxed contentment, an invitation arriving for the restaurant you always say you'll go to, and this time you just go.

This is what happens when the body learns to receive.
